Projects
Understanding projects in Sproobo and how to organise your sites
Projects are a way to group your sites into named collections. Use them to organise sites by environment, client, or application.
What are Projects?
A project is a user-scoped grouping of sites. You can:
- Create named projects (e.g. "Production", "Staging", "Client A")
- Assign sites to projects when you create them, or move them later
- Filter the sites list by project in the dashboard
- Move sites between projects at any time
Common Use Cases
- Separate environments — keep production and staging sites distinct
- Organise by client — one project per customer
- Group related services — frontend, API, and worker in one project
ℹ️
Projects group sites. Servers are independent of projects — a single server can host sites from different projects.
Project Limits
The number of projects you can create depends on your plan:
Plan Limits
- Forge: Up to 2 projects
- Orbit: Up to 10 projects
- Apex: Unlimited projects
