Projects

Understanding projects in Sproobo and how to organise your sites

Projects are a way to group your sites into named collections. Use them to organise sites by environment, client, or application.

What are Projects?

A project is a user-scoped grouping of sites. You can:

  • Create named projects (e.g. "Production", "Staging", "Client A")
  • Assign sites to projects when you create them, or move them later
  • Filter the sites list by project in the dashboard
  • Move sites between projects at any time

Common Use Cases

  • Separate environments — keep production and staging sites distinct
  • Organise by client — one project per customer
  • Group related services — frontend, API, and worker in one project
ℹ️

Projects group sites. Servers are independent of projects — a single server can host sites from different projects.

Project Limits

The number of projects you can create depends on your plan:

Plan Limits

  • Forge: Up to 2 projects
  • Orbit: Up to 10 projects
  • Apex: Unlimited projects
