How to manage your Sproobo subscription and billing

Sproobo uses a subscription-based pricing model. You pay Sproobo for the control plane (dashboard, provisioning, deployments, logging). Hetzner bills you directly for the underlying server infrastructure.

Available Plans

Forge — €9/month: For solo builders. Up to 2 servers, 2 projects, 3 days log retention.
Orbit — €25/month: For small teams. Up to 6 servers, 10 projects, 14 days log retention.
Apex — €69/month: For scale-ups. Up to 15 servers, unlimited projects, 30 days log retention.

All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

You need an active or trialing subscription to create new servers and projects. Site creation, custom domain changes, and deployments depend on the server owner's subscription.

When billing is inactive, Sproobo blocks creation flows and deployment triggers until the required subscription is restored. If you are working on a server owned by another member, ask that server owner to update billing before creating sites, changing domains, or triggering deployments.

This applies to:

creating servers
creating projects
creating sites
updating custom domains
triggering manual deployments
automatic Git-based deployments

Plan limits such as server count, project count, deployment count, and custom domain allowances still apply after the subscription check passes.

Managing Your Subscription

View Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, next renewal date, and usage.

Upgrade Plan
Click "Upgrade plan" to move to a higher tier. Changes take effect immediately.

Update Payment Method
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment methods to update your credit card.

Sproobo subscription: Billed monthly via Stripe
Hetzner infrastructure: Billed directly by Hetzner — Sproobo does not mark up server costs
Invoices: Available in Settings → Billing
